To help us investigate your complaint, please include your name, contact details, a clear description of your concern and any relevant correspondence or reference numbers.
If you are making a complaint on behalf of someone else, we may ask for evidence that you are authorised to act for them.
3. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 calendar days of receiving it. We will then review the issues you have raised, make appropriate enquiries and contact you if we need more information.
We will keep you informed where appropriate and tell you the outcome of your complaint without undue delay.
4. POSSIBLE OUTCOMES
Depending on the circumstances, the outcome may include explaining our actions, correcting inaccurate information, updating or deleting personal data where appropriate, improving our processes or taking other corrective action.
5. IF YOU REMAIN UNHAPPY
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK regulator for data protection and information rights.
